Our first step is to identify what the end product or result will be. To do this, we first establish what the content is, what the subjects are, who the intended audience is, etc. Our UX team looks at the intentions of the project and carries out extensive research to find the best way create a product your users will love.
Using what we’ve learned in the research, we create a prototype that we feel best fits the requirements of the learning objectives. We then validate these prototypes with users.
Once the prototype has been validated and any changes have been made, we send it to our design team to add the final visuals that will be used in the end product. The final designs can range from the sharp graphic design of a corporate learning tool to the cartoon aesthetic of a preschool teaching software.
When the functionality and visual design are in place and signed off on, the product is sent to the development team to start building. The product is then loaded with all the relevant content and tested to make sure everything behaves as expected.
The product is then sent to the client for review and feedback before being deployed to the users. Before the final launch, a last round of changes will be made based on the client feedback.
